Social and Political Issues in Art

I feel this way because I seen news that the oceans are dirty, animals are dying. My argument is to save the earth. To pick up their mess, but the bottles in the right trash can. I think the other side might have to say is they would agree because we live on earth we should take care of it. My reason of choosing this was because when I go to places their is trash on the floors. Who would be offended are the people who throw trash on the ground.

Shoot Like Aaron Siskind

I like this photo of his because I have never seen anything like this. I like how the grey filter makes the photo look very old. He’s work is mostly like he goes somewhere empty takes picture of things.

Shoot Like Aaron Siskind

I like this artwork of his because I like how my eye only focus on the broken window. And I also like how on all his photos he uses grey filter. Also this photo looks vintage like this was an old window.

Article of Capturing action and motion photography

Slow down you shutter speed the reason for motion blur is simply that your camera’s shutter remains open for a significant period of time. So the number one tip for capturing movement is to select a longer shutter speed. If your shutter speed is too fast you’re not going to capture much movement.

A longer shutter speed lets more light into your image. To stabilize your camera is 1 to have your subject move , and 2nd have your camera move. Try shutter Priority mode if you don’t feel confident with that than try Shutter Priority mode. Uses a small aperture the less light that will hit the camera sensor. Decrease your ISO.

Depth of Field Explained

Mostly when a photographer talks about depth of field of an image is they’re referring to how much of the picture they choose to have in focus. By focusing how much depth of field to have in your image you will have the viewer’s attention in a place. Depth of field is controlled by changing the aperture setting on your camera. The first rule in depth of field is the larger the aperture, the shallower you depth of field will be. There are times when you’ll want to ensure a deep depth of field.

When to use a wide or narrow aperture is first as wide apertures let in more light than narrow ones. A portrait photographer would typically use a wide aperture of f/1.8 so that all the focus can be placed on their subject at the expense of details in the background. You might want to use a wider aperture when you want to isolate specific subjects from their backgrounds.
